Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. REDTAG will be happy to assist you with the process.

Refund against returns will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the product is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached.

 

1. Return Policy: Customers can return the product(s) anytime. Customer can raise a return request online at https://www.sa.redtag-stores.com using your account details OR a request can be placed by a call/ email to customer care. Alternatively, you may visit the nearest REDTAG store to drop the product to be returned.

Once the return is created the courier partner will come and pick the items from you. Return address will be similar to the shipping address. The eligible amount will be returned as per the applicable refund policy.

 Here’s how long it may take for a full refund process:

    • 4-5 business days to receive your returned items (within cities).
    • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7-10 business days to process the transaction.

    An email notification will be received for the return and refund process.

    2. Items under the following conditions may not be accepted for returns: 

      • Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear.
      • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or , unless there is evidence of a manufacturing defect.
      • Products which are not in re-sellable condition and/or without original packaging.
      • Undergarment merchandise (all departments Men, Women & Kids); perfume, if opened; all makeup product, if seal is broken or used; women's accessories (hair accessories, hand accessories, neck accessories, ear accessories), in case of used or opening a product; Handbags, in case of opening a product will not be returned. Of course, we will take back defective products.

    3. Exchange Policy: REDTAG currently do not offer an exchange service on online purchases which means that you will need to return the product first and make a fresh purchase.

    NOTE: No cash refunds will happen for any kind of online purchases and their returns.

    5. COD Payment: In case of returns of cash-on-delivery orders, the SAR 10 cash-on-delivery fee will not be refundable.

    6. Delivery Charges: Shipping charges of SAR 18 during first time delivery are non-refundable.

    7. The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse a Refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

    8. Customer can return any item only once which are bought in multiple quantities within a specific order. However, a customer can return other items within an order during the next return request. 

    Our Return & Refund policies does not affect your statutory rights.
