Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. REDTAG will be happy to assist you with the process.

Refund against returns will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the product is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached. 

  • Return Policy: You can now return and exchange your product(s) with our amazing Anytime-Anywhere exchange policy. Just walk to any of our store, anytime after your purchase and get instant refunds or exchange. You can also raise your returns online within 30 days of the date of product delivery. In case you miss raising it online within 30 days, you can easily return or exchange your products at any of our stores.
    1. Return at Store: You can locate our nearest store using link. With store returns, you can get instant refund in the form of either store credit or cash. You just need to carry original invoice that you received over email after placing the order.
      1. In case your order contains items under BxGy (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1, every 2nd item at 50% off etc) offer, we will accept the Return request only if you are returning the complete both the items under the offer (Paid item and free item)
    2. Online Returns: You can raise a return request online. Online Returns can be raised within 30 days from the date of product(s) delivery.
      1. If you placed order the after logging into your account, then open My account-> Login to your account -> goto Order history and select the products to be returned-> Confirm the return.
      2. But don’t worry if placed order without logging in, just open link -> Enter your Order Number and Email ID-> select the products to be returned-> Confirm the return.
      3. Once the online is created, the courier partner will come and pick the items from you. Return address will be similar to the shipping address. The eligible amount will be returned as per the applicable refund policy. It will take upto 15 days by your bank to process your refund if you paid via debit/credit card.
      4. In case your order contains items under BxGy (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1, every 2nd item at 50% off etc) offer, you have the right to make a partial or complete return of one or more products online, and the value of the returned products will be calculated proportionately from the total value of the order
      5. Fragile and Beauty items return will not be accepted online. These needs to be returned at store. 
    • Refund Options: In case you placed order using Cash on Delivery then here’s how it works:
    1. Return to store – If you paid by cash and then returned a product to the store, you can opt either for store credit or for cash refund.
    2. Online Returns – One of our customer care executives will connect with you to get your bank account details and we will refund the amount directly into your account.
    • But if you placed order using Credit/Debit Card, then below is policy:
    1. Return to store – You can opt either for store credit or for cash refund. The Cash refund is valid within 30 days of date of purchase
    2. Online Returns – We will refund the eligible amount back to your credit/debit card.
    • Cash on delivery charges SAR 10 and Shipping Charges SAR 10 are non-refundable.

       

      • Exchange Policy: REDTAG offer Anytime-Anywhere exchange, you can just walk to any of our stores and exchange your products. For online returns, you will need to return the product first and make a fresh purchase
      1. In case your order contains items under BxGy (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1, every 2nd item at 50% off etc) offer, we will accept the Exchange request only if you are returning the complete both the items under the offer (Paid item and free item)

      Items under the following conditions may not be accepted for returns:
        1. Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear.
        2. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or, unless there is evidence of a manufacturing defect.
        3. Products which are not in re-sellable condition and/or without original packaging.
        4. Undergarment merchandise (all departments including Men, Women & Kids); perfume, if opened; all makeup product, if seal is broken or used; women's accessories (hair accessories, hand accessories, neck accessories, ear accessories), in case of used or opening a product; Handbags, in case of opening a product will not be returned. Of course, we will take back defective products. 
      • The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse a Refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
      • In case the customer returns non-returnable item(s) while returning the returnable items, we will refuse the refund for the non-returnable item(s). If customer wants them to be delivered back then the customer has to bear the Return cost i.e, SAR 18.00
      • In case customer has paid using Tabby or Tamara,
      1. If the refund amount is less than pending installment amount, the refund amount will be adjusted against the pending installment amount. 
      2. If the refund amount is more than pending installment amount, then the pending installment amount will be taken off. The balance refund amount will be credited back to customer's card.
      3. If the customer returns the product at store and gets instant refund, then still the customer needs to pay the rest of the installments.
    1. For online returns, customer can return any item only once which are bought in multiple quantities within a specific order. However, a customer can return other items within an order in a separate return request.
    2. REDTAG reserves the right on the refund amount calculation if products falling under Buy x get y offer (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1, every 2nd item at 50% off etc) are returned.
    3. REDTAG reserves the right for the line-item level price calculation for orders placed using offers, the amount will be apportioned based on the applied offer.
    4. For COD returns, Customer Care will contact you to get the IBAN for refunding money in your account. In case you are unable to provide the IBAN for 15 days from delivery date, we'll process a refund via discount voucher only.
    5. Amount paid via Loyalty points will not be refunded
    6. We understand that the product may be damaged upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please report it to customer care within 24 hours of delivery or we will not be able to consider the product as damaged.
