Returns Policy

A full Refund  will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 30 days from the date of delivery

All items (including promotional gift items ) must be returned to us to process the return.

In order to qualify for refund the items have to be :

  • In full saleable condition
  • Items should be in their original packaging
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return/exchange underwear or swimwear, Jewellery or Cosmetics

Return via Courier 

Customers can call the call center or send an mail to customer.support@redtag.ae for processing the returns. Once the return is create the carrier will come and pick the items from you. The money will be refunded to the same card and banks will take 7 to 15 working days to process the refund 

Return via Store

*ANYTIME, ANYWHERE EXCHANGE 

Exchange or Credit Note will be offered to all customers at ANYTIME in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached. There is no time limit on exchanges.

 If an item is found to be faulty, a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a Refund or Exchange for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
